How to install (step by step)

  1. Download — Click "Download Installer" above. The file AjonTec-Billing-Setup-1.0.0.exe will be saved (usually in the Downloads folder).
  2. Open the file — Double-click the downloaded file.
  3. If Windows shows "Windows protected your PC" — Click "More info", then "Run anyway". This appears only because the app is new; it is safe.
  4. Choose folder & install — Keep the default folder and click Install. Finish.
  5. Open the app — Use the "AjonTec Billing" shortcut on the Desktop.
  6. Log in — Server address: this website. Email & password: the SAME as the website login. Internet is needed only for the first login.
  7. Start billing — Your products and customers download automatically. Now you can bill online or offline.
Good to know
  • Bills made offline are saved on your computer and upload automatically when internet returns.
  • A bill is never duplicated, even if the internet drops during upload.
  • This app is for billing (POS) and customers. For purchase, reports, HR etc. use the website.
  • An active subscription plan is required, same as the website.
