1. About these Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of AjonTec Billing ("the Service"), a billing and business management software provided by Dream Blend Solutions Private Limited ("we", "us", "the Company"), a company incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 2013.

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using the Service in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please inform us immediately at support@ajontec.in if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, including GSTIN, HSN codes, tax rates, customer details and invoice particulars. The Service assists you in preparing documents; it does not verify the correctness of the data you supply.

4. Subscription and payment
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Charges, billing cycle and included features are displayed at the time of purchase. Applicable taxes are charged as required under Indian law, and a GST invoice is issued for every payment.

We may revise our pricing from time to time. Any revision will apply from your next renewal and will be communicated to you in advance. Your existing paid period is not affected.

5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
(a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to create false, fraudulent or misleading records;
(b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
(c) copy, resell, sub-licence, reverse-engineer or redistribute the Service without our written consent;
(d) upload content that infringes the rights of others or that is unlawful under Indian law;
(e) use the Service in a way that impairs its availability for other users.

6. Your data
The data you enter belongs to you. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may export your data at any time while your subscription is active.

7. Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available at all times. However, the Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We will give advance notice of planned maintenance wherever practicable.

8. Third-party services
The Service may connect to third-party services such as payment gateways, SMS or WhatsApp providers, and government portals. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or acts.

9. Limitation of liability
The Service is a tool that assists you in running your business. It does not constitute tax, legal, accounting or financial advice. You remain responsible for your statutory filings and compliance.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, business or data.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if payment is not received, or if required by law. Where reasonably possible, we will give you notice and an opportunity to remedy the breach.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be published on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the grievance procedure described on our Grievance Redressal page, the courts at Samastipur, Bihar shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
