1. Nature of the service
AjonTec Billing is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product provided by Dream Blend Solutions Private Limited. It is delivered entirely online. No physical goods are shipped, so no courier, shipping charge or delivery address is involved.

2. Activation
Your account is activated as soon as payment is confirmed, usually within five (5) minutes. In the rare event of a delay, activation is completed within twenty-four (24) hours.

Confirmation of activation is sent to your registered email address and mobile number.

3. How the service is accessed
Through any modern web browser at https://ajontec.in
Through our mobile application, where available

You sign in using your registered email address or mobile number and your password.

4. Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available at all times. Planned maintenance is carried out in low-usage hours and is notified in advance wherever practicable.

5. Your data
The data you enter belongs to you and can be exported at any time while your subscription is active. Retention and deletion after account closure are described in our Privacy Policy.

6. If something goes wrong
If your account is not activated after payment, or you are unable to access the Service, write to support@ajontec.in with your payment reference. We will respond within 24 hours.
